Billed for 6 Pairs of Shoes, Seller Said Only 3

On May 31, I ordered 6 pair of Vibram FiveFinger shoes from vibramfivefinger.Us. They notified me that they only had 3 pair in stock and would only charge me for the three. I alerted PayPal of the issue before the shoes shipped or were invoiced. Their response was, "PayPal only looks at the invoice bottom line, and if the dollars match, that is what they pay. They do not care what is shipped or the quantity. Any disputes are between us and vibramfivefinger.Us." When we received the PayPal bill, it was for 6 pair. Again we called PayPal and went through the process again, and again their response was that we paid the invoice amount.

Vibramfivefinger@hotmail.com, vibramfivefinger.Us has not responded to any of the 12 emails I have sent requesting either a store credit, replacement shoes, or a refund. PayPal paid the invoice, so they are happy.
