Bought autographed guitar out of this organization. Requested guitar on Aug. 24/09, obtained Sept. 3/09. Settled suitable insurance for delivery incidents.organization wasn't persistent in supplying paperwork for state to become compensated therefore guitar might be fixed over time for holiday as designed. When asked, simply got the run-around. Operator declined to make contact with, just Ashley might react even though that I required somebody higher-up within the organization. Ashley hindered my capability to get guitar fixed in a regular manner, as she didn't publish proper paperwork quickly. It's Dec. 18 and that I still don't have authorization to possess it fixed. Not appropriate. Nobody from business may contact me. Site doesn't give a telephone number.
