Don't buy anything here that could possible ever need service

I purchased an Alesis Synthsizer here, kept having problems with it. Alesis gave me a return authorization number, and told me to take it to Guitar Center, and have them ship it back to Alesis, NOT the local repair station. I called Alesis after two weeks, they never recieved it. I went to Guitar Center, it was sitting in their warehouse, they finally shipped it, but to the repair station, even though I had even made them a shipping lable with the return authorization number on it. They finally got it back, and sent it to Alesis, who fixed it they day they recieved it, and shipped it back directly to me. If Guitar Center had done what they were supposed to, I would have been without my synth for three days, instead, because of their actions, I was without it for two months. They are OK to buy guitar string, picks, or drumsticks, but I would never buy anything electronic, or a guitar there.
