Qaulity of Guitar / Coverage on Service Contract

Bought a Gretsch Guitar along side Support Agreement at Guitar Middle of Warwick, RI. Guitar started to break apart at guitar classes within weeks. After easy doityourself repairs my Teacher stated " get your cash back" due to how rapidly the device conntiued to break apart. Your Guitar Center stated "they do not hanlde support" and "contact the service company." We talked with "TheServicePort.com" plus they would not protect the demand aswell. They stated "they just protect electric elements and never menchanical."

We paid $699.99 to Guitar Center for Guitar and $59.99 to Guitar Center for that Support Protection that was not revealed that people will have to proceed thru sperate protection middle for repairs.

Your guitar is 7 weeks old and like-new using the exclusion of screws receding of stripped openings, plugs losing attachment nuts and, chain tightening screws non-functional. Neither Your Guitar Middle or The Support Interface might protect the issues.

We are calling the Greater Business Buereau AND NOT buy from either supplier.
