Andy Brauer Guitar and Amp Repair
Didn't fix what was paid for, charged much more than estimate

I went to Andy with my guitar, and in my opinion he was the worst repair man ever! He didn't have my guitar ready in time, and charged me way more than my estimate. When I got the guitar back it STILL DIDN'T WORK!
After I posted on yelp, they called me and offered a refund, but when I went down to pick it up I feel like they threatened me and treated me like some kind of criminal.in the end I paid $200 and feel like I didn't get my guitar fixed at all. I'm super bummed out about this.
