Service/cancellation

After calling obvious for a few months about no service at my house because of poor sign they continue to give me the runaround about not deleting my instant serivice. They kept me to the phone for 45 requesting me about trying services. They gave me runaround about cancelleation till i indicated that i had been going to report them to bbb. Subsequently i had been charged on 9/30 for service and was still charged for a cancellation fee no refund for the upcomiing month of service that i'd already taken care of. Terrible terrible support!!!
