Created a bogus account and won't stop billing me despite repeated requests to cancel billing

My daughter signed up for a trial - liked the program and decided on the $29 package. They then enrolled her into a $29 program and also rolled over her trial into a $99 a month program. My daughter has emailed them 5 times and each time they are either unresponsive or they give the runaround. Last time they said the person she needs to speak to to cancel is on vacation till October 3rd. This was in mid September. This is totally outrageous. Avoid this company at all costs. I have disputed the 4 months of charges and will now go to the FTC and my Attorney General. Avoid this company.
