They mislead me to think I was applying for a credit check for free and somehow in very small letters at bottom I ended up enrolled in this program and haven, t been able to cancel it Somewhere In Connecticutt

This company leads a person to believe they are filing for a free credit check then leads a person into a maze of questions and the next thing you know you are enrolled in this rippoff. Have had numerous talks with my credit card company and they tell me to call this company and cancel, have attempted serveral times to cancel without results. Every month I call my credit card company and they refund the 1.00 refund. Its not the money as much as the fact I can't cancel this, whatever it is. Finally got through to the company and the automated program said if I wish to cancel press 9 which I did with my confirmation # they gave me. THey have now billed my credit card for $12.00. I will call my credit card company today and they will somehow get the refund but they keep telling me they can;t stop this company from billing me every month. Joanne, Angola, Ny. This has been going on for at least 6 months please helpme.
