Rip off will not refund after phone call and emails

I accidentally signed up for the service. I immediately (within 5 minutes) called the 800 number listed to cancel and receive a refund.

I was instructed to email my request to support.com and if I did not receive a response within 72 hours to call back and I would be able to forward a copy of my request to someone who would immediately refund my money.

After attempts to call did not work I re-emailed my request to no avail. I would strongly encourage anyone investigating this company to be absolutely sure they want the services before signing up.

As a side note I tried to get on the website to see exactly what it was about since I could not get my money back and the site is very difficult to use, in my opinion. From what I found the site is not very user friendly.
