Ripoff Rocheste

I had signed up for the music downloads and could not figure out how to use the site and when i tried to do a refund request they said bad refund request so i did another refund request just like they wanted it and have not heard anything from them. I try to call the toll free number but there is never anyone there to help. Also any web sites that i try to go to besides 247 downloads it says web pagenot found. So there for i was ripped off and i dont like that
