I requested 2 sets of pants, size 40L. They arived 4/21, One set was as requested, another was atleast 3 sioo big within the waste, even though carrier confirmed 40L. I deliver 3 emails to customer support seeking their acceptance to not charge my take into account return shipment costs of $7.99, Once The stayed unanswered I delivered the incorrect set, showing I'd just like a alternative sie 40L as requested. The replacment carrier was described 38L as was the items. I delivered another mail, but this stays unasnwered. I've created 3 characters to compant HQs in Oakland, NJ, but these, also remained unanswered. I understand that I'll need to apyr another $7.99 for return of the 38L set, and that I don't have any promise the alternative is likely to be 40L as initially requested.
