Bad service

Poor support! I requested an LCD cable to get a Compaq V2000 plus they delivered me the incorrect wire. No major deal right? Everybody makes mistakes occasionally. I double-checked my bill also it was apparent they simply delivered me another wire compared to one I requested. And so I experimented with contact them. They'd not react for over per week, and that I ultimately needed to deliver a note towards the leader of the organization. That is once they eventually replied. They explained I'd to deliver it back and that I wouldn't be repaid for that RMA delivery costs. Did not they create the error? All I needed was the right component that I taken care of, but they chose to the alternative of what I requested of these and proceeded to start a return. This 'reimbursement' won't protect delivery costs and certainly will consider thirty days to look... And the way I'll be returned is another secret they'll not clean up. All-in all, they got my cash, my period, plus they offered me nothing at all. The corporation is trash. Suggest them for your opponents.
