Money Charged to my Account

I did not realize I charged $99.00 to my account for this auction site. I tried using it once and never could get a item, just kept trying so I quit. I would now like to cancel this and get the remaining money back because I am very dissatisfied with this and the way it works. I did this online and did not talk to anyone, but sure was confusing on the way it is set up to buy. I thought it meant 99 was in pennies, not dollars. Can I get a refund and not be a member anymore?
