My complaint is against ZBiddy

I was invited to a site by e-mail promising that I could get great discounts on new items by bidding at auction on ZBiddy. I looked and saw that I might be interested in some of the items.
ZBiddy asked for my credit card information and I gave it, believing that that was necessary before I could bid, s o that my potential purchases could be charged.
The way the system worked was not explained.
After giving my credit card information I was informed that I had purchased 25 bids although I did not understand what that meant (live auctions have nothing of the kind). I clicked on one item that was up for bid and then began to understand the system and what I apparently had purchased. There was no way on the site that I could find to cancel my order and get my money back. I do not want a membership in ZBiddy. I do not want to bid. I want my money back. Thankyou.
