Recently charged international ATM fees after Zbiddy purchase

I purchased an item on Zbiddy.com after winning an auction and now found two international ATM fees charged to my account as bank fees. The amounts were small but Zbiddy is suppose to be US based with a US based processing center for its US customers. If they changed to an international credit card processor, they should have let their customers know so the US customers can decide whether bidding and winning on Zbiddy is still worth it. I have no complaints (except for some slow responses to my wins) and have received everything (so far) I have paid for.

I am going to finish using the items won from Zbiddy and cancel my account without bidding or buying another else. I will not deal with a deceptive company.
