I tried to set up an account with ZBiddy which is an auction site (bogus). As with most auction sites one must provide a credit card in order to confirm an account as well as identification. When I submitted my CC information I was immediately charged $99.00 without my permission. I immediately contacted their 24 hour on line service department and after a bit of a hassle they agreed to refund my $99.00 - in 5-7 days! I am filing a legal complaint against them through my CC company and they will be placed under investigation. When I complete this form I will also further my actions by contacting the Federal Trade Commissioner. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY zbiddy.com
