Which issue would you like to handle first! The fact that about half the time, when I try to call your payment line, it's busy 24/7 until it's to late to pay my bill (You know, it's the first of the month, so you can collect all of those late charges from people on fixed incomes) or the fact that your rates are going up faster than the national debt! I only have basic cable and the internet and somehow you seem to be able to justify charging 125.00 a month just for that. I don't know how you sleep at night, ripping people off like this but I think i have ahd enough. We'll see if a broadcast email, comparing your rates for things that ordinary people use with those of your competion might bring your rates back in line if I do0n't see some satisfactory results from this complaint!

I am in Anderson, Indiana 469013. There is an option to tell you which center I call on this web site but I don't know whioch one it is.

Comcast did not show up at my home for a scheduled appointment. Maybe he was sleeping in a chair at someone another customers house! Ripoff
