Says filing lawsuit due to non-repayment to loan never recieved

I received a voicemail Friday from a women with an foreign accent stating she has an important matter to speak to me about and since i have not answered her i am avoiding her so she wishes me luck and am in lots of trouble and just continues to put me down and make stupid jokes. I then received a call today from a man with the same foreign accident stating he was an officer of the department of fraud and continues to ramble off that i am having a lawsuit filed against me for non repayment on a loan that i can choose to repay the service 189 for debt fees or take it to court. Every time I try to get more information and clarification on what he is saying he begins to ramble that its federal and not to interrupt him he never really answers but once i tell him three times i will get a lawyer and go to court he says fine and hangs up. I dont know I keep to two loan services and no longer will research online it is biting me in the a*!!! I hope my statement will help keep someone being scammed
