On Monday Sept. 5 6:47 A.M. I received a phone call stating there is a lawsuit against my name and ssn. They have your IP address also. I asked who is the lawsuit with, his response was... Check Advance. I told him never used a place like that. "Well how did they get your info and you took out a loan. I told him to send it to me in writing. Then hung up. He called back twice and my dad answered both times and they wanted to speak only to me. Then never called back. I was ready... Gonna give him all fake info.
