Yes, I received a phonecall today stating I was being sued for a payday loan that I never received. They called my cell and then my job. I called back at 415-366-9597 and spoke to a Steven with a foreign accent. He told me I would receive a supeona to appear in a California court and I live in Texas. I told him that wouldn't be happening. He said I should have thought of that before I didn't repay my loan. Just wondering if anyone has experienced any futher action from this company after receiving threating phonecalls.
