ACS alleged Cash Advance/Pay Day Loan to be collected

A foreign person by the name of Neil Johnson calls you from an out of country number, leaves a voicemail stating that they have a judgement against you for a Pay Day Loan, says they are going to put debt against your social security number, but refuses to forward any written proof of debt. I had my attorney call, they would not give him any information about when the loan was taken out, or forward any proof of debt to him either. The person at ACS then hung up on my attorney. ACS called 4 people connected to me, stating they have signatures from each person as cosigners on a loan. They left threatening messages on my voicemail, claiming to be pursuing legal action. When I called back to get more specifics on the company so I can research their validity as a company, another foreign man asked my name, then said Neil Johnson was not available, then hung up. This has fraud written all over it!!! Do not fall for this!!!
