Hourly PADDED billing & wasting time, misdiagnosed. Had to come back and kept billing for same problem. Do not use. Reporting to Consumer Affairs & filing law suit.

Techs absolutely did not know what they were doing. Called another company who came & repaired problem in 15 minutes. Do not use them - trust my advice on this. Forewarned is forearmed.
