Just spoke with Josh (I think) in Utah about phantom charges on my bill. Not only did he fix (reverse) them... He apologized. And, he asked me how my holidays were going.
This is a far cry from the mostly terrible service I've encountered in the dozens of previous calls to Comcast over the years. He was helpful, honest, and effective... A far cry from the standard Comcast experience.
Thanks, Josh, here's to hoping Comcast is actually intent on providing this level of service in the future. Wouldn't it be nice. 4 stars only for previous bad experiences.
