Paid $357.07 for light bar. Came damaged. Returned. Eric and Mike refused to refund and never got light bar

I ordered a light bar for firefighter vehicle and paid $357.07 in December. The light bar came damaged and I returned it in January. I have called several times and spoken with Mike and e-mailed Eric. I have been hung up on by Mike at least 5 times. I still don't have the light bar.
I have filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General and the New York BBB. I am calling the Great Neck Police department.
Mike and Eric are con artists, rude, obstinate despicable men. Do not do business with these losers!!
