Ripoff fraudulant charges on phone bill

They put a charge on my phone bill of 143.64 nev telco billed on behalf of american voice link. The charges were supposedly made on dec/11/ and dec/12. To the phone no 900 263 4838 from my computer. They appeared on my phone bill in march. The phone line that the computer was hooked to was 417 869 1884 which is no longer in service. Thanks
