Ricky smith rip-offs - and harassed on your job

Tuesday I was called by a company that represent CASNET.informing me that I had taken out a paid loan. I was not aware of this incident that took place in Nov. 2010 when this some of money was transferred in my account. I check my bank records it never happened. I spoke to my attorney. He informed there were alot of scams going on but according to fed. Code FDCPA noone is allowed to call you at your place of employment. I notified Ricky Smith when he called again to notify my attorney. He informed me that he could not contact my attorney.

He informed me that he wanted me to loose my job because I needed to pay this debt for 611 Dollars. I am confused why if I owe you would you want me to loose my job. Then if I owed you I really could not pay you. He called back 20 times demanding to speak with my supervisor because I needed to resolve this debt that I did not make. He never left a message because I would have had proof to sue him. These are middle eastern men, there english is very hard to understand they call from three different numbers 508-425-2990 and 877-273-3560 and also a 210 area code.
