From The Restition Office Of US National Bank (bogas Company) Phone harassment to collect on a bogas debt

I have received numerous harassing phone calls from Ricky Simons and others within his office. He claims to be a restitution officer of the US National Bank.
He says that I owe over $2000.00 to this bogas company, but that he'll stop calling me if I pay him $945.00. He refuses to send any written verification of this debt.instead, he calls my home, my cell phone and my place of employment and threatens to have me arrested if I do not pay him. I have repeatedly requested that he cease and desist all contact, but he continues anyway. He has no regard for American laws. He says he is calling from Florida, but he and all of his co-workers speak with very heavy middle-eastern accents. He is interfering with business at my place of employment and it is quite disturbing to me that he has all of my personal information.

Any help that can be given to me in this matter would be most appreciated. I have filed complaints with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and The Fair Trade Commission, but I have not received any response.
