I wish I had never done business with them

I Purchased a clarinet for my child out of this site. I want I'd never completed business together. Purchased clarinet and many additional components and was informed when purchasing that it'd consider about 14 days to obtain the items, since the carrier I requested must be requested plus they were from the clarinet, but might have more in inside a week. Used to donot require these specific things for 5 weeks-so believed that there is sufficient time in order for them to get me the items I requested. After four weeks, no-contact at-all of any issues with no items. Needed to contact them while on my children a vacation to discover why. Ian who responded the phone call stated he'd discover and obtain me issues before my child required it in a few days. Stated he'd email any improvements. No improvements were mailed with no items delivered. Named again after I returned from holiday and realize3d he did nothing. Required anything 24 hours later. I told Ian that his support was the toughest I'd handled and he explained, "If my support may be the toughest you've had, then youare the luckiest woman on the planet." Then he hung-up the telephone on me. I called back and spoke to Dean, storeowner, and he overnighted a smaller quality clarinet for my child to utilize on her training and group camping, til they got me the correct one. Correct Clarinet turned up soon after the alternative, that will be the only real benefit of this case. Then I'd to combat to obtain another products I requested and desired info on. Required an improvement 14 days to obtain all of the components. Anything except the carrier, the one which was allegedly being unique ordered your day I named and put the requested. Appears they never put that purchase, and 7 months later are informing me the carrier has been stopped. Not believe they ought to have already been smart enough to find that out prior to this. I really hope anybody who considers by using this organization, feels twice. Not really a reputable company!!! Beware!!!
