I'll attempt to maintain this brief. Bought a Nordictrack Elliptical, item #NTEW50707.0 and obtained it in mid- September. I also bought a-5 year guarantee, all this was bought directly in the Nordictrack site. The equipmentis system smashed on December 8th, put an order to get a alternative, required seven days to obtain, required five minutes to displace it. After changing the system, the resistance did not work. I named Nordictrack for help about the 14th, Nordictrack sent what's named a resistance engine about the 22nd. Once more, required seven days to get the component. This time around nevertheless, Nordictrack stated a technology must emerge to repair the issue. I had been advised I'd get a phone in the technology in 48-hours, welllll, following a week (I understand the holiday season and all), I ultimately obtained a the 29th of Dec. The technology advised me that used to donot possess the correct components on purchase and that I had a need to contact Nordictrack back and verify that which was delivered. Ummmmm is not that the work Mr. Technican??? I named Nordictrack about the 29th, about 20 mins next telephone call and Nordictrack stated I'd the best components. Today the technology won't reply my telephone calls and below we're, its the 4th of January. I've named and named and nothing. Today Nordictrack is showing me the technology has till the fifth to come back my phone!!! Actually, whoa, amazing.
Like many issues on below, the support is terrible. Nordictrack agreements out their support on the items and these companies change and subcontract the job out to still another organization. I strongly believe the main reason I can not obtain a call-back may be the technology lifestyles 200 miles away and certainly will arrived at developed Sc when he's enough function to warrant the push. I'll be seeking a return of resources due to their item. I actually donot possess the period or the persistence to cope with these folks.
