Yahoo - SBCGloba.net ripoff One year of service $29.95 but charged $39.95 for 2 months in a row service started on 6-04-03

Well, SBC Global.net has treated me pretty good until just recently with two (2) months of service being charged $39.95 instead of $29.95. I started my service with SBC Global.net on June 4, so my year isn't up yet! RIGHT? I got an email from SBC Global.net asking me to sign up for another year for the payment of $26.95 back in December which I did accept, with that they emailed and postal mailed me with an answer of it will take two (2) months to show on my phone bill. Two months later it shows all right as $39.95 and no repesenative has an answer for why!!
