Time warner sucks

I recently cancelled my time warner service which sucks because it is the only available cable and internet where I live. I would rather chew broken glass than deal with that company again. These are the reasons I am frustrated: they make it near impossible to contact an actual person when you need help, spent an hour and a half trying to call a number where you could talk to an actual human representative. The actual service is horrible, I am an avid online gamer and without fail, every time I am online, services is randomly and unexpectedly interrupted for no good reason. I was lied toabout the channels actually available on my plan. I have been hung up on by no fewer than six customer service employees over the last three attempts to get issues resolved. Not once was I ever sent an invoice or a statement, and every month the bill was a different amount. I tried doing an automatic payment plan and they couldn't even figure that out, which resulted in them turning off my service and calling me twice a day, early in the morning and late at night. The field technicians in my area are latino thugs with gang tattoos on face, neck, and arm. I am totally pissed off at the treatment I received from time warner, and my last phone call to an actual rep was horrible. The rep informed me that he couldn't do anything to make me feel like a valued customer, as it was not their policy to do so. Again, I am very upset with how I was treated, and all I wish for is the opportunity to treat the entire company as they have treated me. Thank you time warner for treating me like shit and raping me of every last dollar possible
