MASSIVE connection issue in Sugar Land, Texas

Started experiencing slow rates and large pings in-May (rates of significantly less than 1 mbps, pings above 600ms). Since that time, issue hasn't abated. I went and purchased two distinct hubs. Pace remained sluggish. Called customer support multiple times. They explained there is not a problem. They explained to purchase a brand new device from their store for $75.

Each one is old between May and July. Each one is from Sugar Land Windstream clients. Each one is exceptional same issue.

Is that this worth a-class-motion? I really donot understand. Am I going to be falling Windstream? Yes. Do I motivate others to complete exactly the same? Absolutely.
