I puchased item #3459407552, a fubu tshirt, for $11.49 including shipping. The auction ended 2/16/04 and I paid via PayPal on 02/19/04.

I purchased item #3459594702, a shady hoodie, for $30.22 including shipping. The auction ended 2/17/04 and I paid via PayPal on 02/19/04.

As of today, 3/06/04 I still have not received either item. I have filed a report with ebay and paypal. It has to be 30 days from the close of auction in order to file a fraud alert with ebay... And it appears that I will be doing just that. I also filed a complaint with Square Trade. This seller had the nerve to report back to Square Trade that he had successfully resolved the issue with me. What a joke!

This has been the worst ebay experience I have ever had. This person will not ship my item or refund my money. Considering my experience with him thus far I would prefer my money back. What is most irritating is the fact that these were going to be gifts for my son's birthday... Which has since passed.

This person seems to have a good buyer record, but his seller feedback is plummeting. It appears that he is doing the same thing to many people. Since he buys things similiar to what he sells, and since several people have complained that he sent used merchandise instead of new as advertised... I think he may buy the stuff for himself, wera it awhile and then re-sell it. I could be wrong. I don't have any proof of that, but it sure seems like something a crook would do.

This is a copy of the email I sent to PayPal, Ebay and Square Trade...

"I can't say the seller was completely uncooperative. He did offer vague responses such as "you should receive the item soon" and "the owner had surgery, have some patience". While I certainly hope everything is ok with these people, to put it bluntly, this is not my problem.

What is my problem is the fact that I purchased this item on 2/16/04, paid via PayPal on 2/18/04 and as of today 3/03/04 I have still not received my item. I might be more inclined to have patience had this not been intended as a gift for my son. Being that his B-Day was yesterday, I am not a very happy mother at this point.

I had sent an email request as well as a PayPal invoice to have my money refunded. This has not been done.in fact my payPal invoices were cancelled almost immediately by the seller.

Sellers on ebay expect their payment within a timely manner, usually within 10 days. This is completely reasonable. I, as a buyer, also have expectations as far as receiving merchandise in a timely manner. 14 days from the time of payment is more than reasonable.

This seller is a very poor example of good business. Considering my experience with him up to this point, as well as recent complaints he has received regarding shoddy products, I prefer to not do business with him anymore. I would like my momey refunded immediately."
