Ignored evidence submitted and long standing good account, let buyer return items ruined by (buyer)

I was a long time eBay customer with 100% positive rating. One bad customer ignorant as how to use machinery sent harrassing emails, left false statements in feedback then destroyed and ruined product I shipped. My description for this brand new item was 100% accurate. Refund was even give to him for shipping. He sent me a destroyed unit. EBay took his say so and refunded money without any evidence. I produced photos, police report and tons of correspondence regarding issue. EBay representatives were clueless, calls and submissions went unnoticed, money was taken.

EBay has no seller protection and does absolutely nothing to mediate fairly. Ripoff. I will never deal with eBay again. Sellers beware! This was a nightmare.
