Ebay do not honour their commitments - they claim to have buyer protection, but when the item never arrives you get into a never ending loop of emails and counter emails between yourself and eBay customer service. They use ridiculous unsubstantiated arguments and reasons whey they will not refund you and hope that you will eventually give up. When you leave negative feedback on the sellers site - eBay then remove it, saying they have already made a decision on this - although you disagree completely with the outcome!!! Its a win-lose situation with you being the loser unfortunately.
