Complete Liars!

I had Jacob Stone call me many times about my car for sale. He insisted that he sold cars in 21days, with the rare car taking a little bit longer, and if at the end of the 90 days the car hadn’t sold they will make it their priority to get it sold. He also said that the cost for advertising it would be $398 and you would get a full refund if the 90 days go by and your car had not sold. (forgetting the part which we read after the payment was made that the keep $98.00 for processing fees). Also stating that he had people interested in purchasing our vehicle and that he could get it sold for 15,500 firm (which is not what we listed it for, we wanted a quick sale). So after all the good stuff he said we signed up telling us to touch base every few weeks to see where we were at.

Once he got our money the phone number we were calling him on was disconnected, so when contacting the customer service department you always reach the same voice mail, and if you try any other extension it brings you back to the same voice mail. Once speaking to this person she informed me she didn’t know why we hadn’t received any calls there were lots of hits on the car and that we should lower our asking price. After that conversation i have left many voice mails and emails that have not been returned. I am outraged with this company and I’m trying to see what avenues their are to get our money back, and prevent other people from dealing with these scammer’s.
