I found their company online with great prices. I found the pump I needed and they had it in stock and advertised it would ship in 1-2 days. I placed the order expecting it to arrive in about a week. When it didn't show up I checked on my order at the website and it said it was "processing".
I called customer service 8 times that day and never got more than "We care about our customers, please leave a message".
I also sent an email to customer inquiries that was never replied to.
I found their business on Facebook with a different phone number listed. No one answers that phone either. I emailed their tech support (matt@theswimmingsolution.com) directly and got no reply from him.
The next day I called—and left messages at—both numbers and sent messages to both tech support and customer inquiries and gave them 24 hours to get it shipped.
Again, no response from anyone.
Currently trying to get my employer's 388.29 returned.
