This company's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, in person or online. Not only did I have to leave repeated messages (email and voicemail), not only did I not get a reply to my inquiries (my fiancee did, after he also emailed them hoping to get a response), but the items I ordered were out of stock. They finally informed me of that 18 days after I ordered them.

I understand that sometimes, especially with small companies, an order gets misfiled or items are out of stock. That is understandable. I don't understand how a company can provide such unacceptable levels of customer service and continue to operate.

Planning a wedding is already a stressful time, and this company needlessly made it more stressful for me, as my invitations will be sent out behind schedule. I advise you to order from this company with caution.

If you'd like more details:
8/24: I order invitation card blanks (plain cardstock, basically), RSVP cards and envelopes. I get an email confirmation of the order. Their shipping policy states 5-7 business days for processing and then 4 days to ship to my area.

9/3: I expect to recieve a "your order has shipped" email, but I did not. I should have followed up immediately, but I was on vacation away from email over Labor Day weekend.

9/8: sent an email via their "contact us" webform.

9/9 am: called their customer service line, got voicemail, left message. Continued to call throughout the day, got voicemail each time.

9/10: called customer servce line throughout day, got voicemail

9/11: sent an email through my email, used their "live chat" (a misnomer since no one was actually there), called throughout the day & my fiance sent an email.

9/11 pm: my fiance recieves an email stating that they marked the order as shipped, but can find no record of it actually shipping and they are now out of stock on our (very basic) items. A couple hours later I get forwarded the copy of the email they sent my fiance with no explanation as to why they didn't respond to my emails and why they chose to respond to his (because it was more strongly worded? Because the sheer volume of emails got to be too much and that was the one on top?) I write to express my unhappiness with the situation.

9/12: their customer service responds to my concerns with "ok. Hope you have a nice weekend!"

The only slightly positive thing about the whole fiasco is that they never charged my credit card.
