Customer service, and bad products

I bought a video card from them and it was bad. I have not gotten an email on any updates for at least 3 days. I did get one update but i cant get in contact with by there toll free number. I am always on hold or it transfers back to main menu to choose operator. And I haven't gotten a hold of the operator.

It's been a week since i sent it back and they do to keep you up to date on rma's. And there is no customer service that i have gotten a hold of. If I don't get a new card back and they do credit my acct. I will report them to BBB also. I will never get anything from them again.
