Web stick rip off stuck in contract

Cust since 2004 I have made several complaints about speed/dropped web. Called tech/supervisors left messages No returned call or fixed issue. They blame area I live in; however, my area is hotpsot for tmobile. They see I have used the internet & I have BUT only when it allows me. I use daily checking emails/research but NO video streaming AND still getting slow/dropped usage. I PAID and signed a contract FOR "high speed". They are making me keep my end of the contract yet they are not their promise which is provide high speed internet. They say when I go usage it slows down but this happens at anytime plus I have unlimited. My contract is over October. They say if I walk away they will charge early termination fees. I get that because I signed the contract but is there anything that can be done if they are not keeping there end of the bargin?
