We have had service with Time Warner for over 10 years. HD and On Demand have been inconsistent or non existent. Multiple service calls have failed to address the problem. Their answer is that HD and On Demand are free services I don't pay for. My service is $107 a month. The answer is another service person will be here in 5 days. Never has there been an offer to compensate. Bad product. Bad service. I can get New service faster than they can send another service tech. Pitiful..
