I have been a customer of Time Warner for approx. 37 years. We recently added an extra cable line which created a disaster. The service rep. Was fantastic but we have had several problems since he was here. Our biggest complaint is when you call TW, you are left on hold forever. Iliterally have waited 35 - 48 minutes everytime, not counting the times I gave up because I ran out of time. If not for as customer service rep, Liz Warren, I would be history.
We are scheduled for service tommorrow, however we continually get calls from Time Warner 800 Service #s 855-222-5531 and 800-892-2253. The phone rings, we answer, it hangs up. What amazes me is that TW is aware of all this and allows it to continue. I own my own my own company and firmly believe that customer service is the backbone of any business.

I feel you have an absolute jewel in Liz Warren. The problem appears to be upper management to me. Maybe that is where Liz needs to be. I hope someone from TW contacts me about all this. My case # is 12160021 acc # 415415701.
