No Refunds Even If Service Doesn't Work

I registered for Boingo Mobile support just before going overseas. I confirmed before departing that Boingo had locations (a large number of them) within the destination region. Upon introduction, as well as for the whole journey, I had been not able to connect with any "Boingo suitable" locations. I traded emails with Boingo assistance and posted mistake studies on many low-operating locations. The problem was never solved and also the support was ineffective in my experience on my journey. Upon returning I named Boingo to obtain a reimbursement for my monthis service-fee, and also the guy flatly declined. "We're unable to return the very first monthis fee." was his remark. Unsure what "incapable" is meant to imply, because discounts are an ordinary section of company. "Reluctant" has become the more proper term. Evidently the 55approximately moments I invested in Detroit screening the support was adequate in Boingo's eyes to guarantee the entire monthis cost, despite the fact that the support was ineffective in my experience for that remaining month while I had been overseas. Terrible, horrible business. Won't conduct business together again.
