Cheap, Personal, nice customer care (twitter and facebook) - Boingo

I have contact with Boingo on a regular base by Twitter. My experience with Boingo Wireless is actually pretty good, unfortunately in contrast with others. People complain about the way the payment is going and that people can't unsubscribe to Boingo. I don't have those bad experiences, so I think those are just rarely. The software to connect to the internet via Boingo is good: they offer a free small app which works on a PC, Mac, iPhone or iPod touch and many other smartphones.in The Netherlands I can also select Boingo as a roaming partner like AT&T, T-Mobile or BT and then enter my Boingo username and password. Connecting is fast and easy, which can't be said about the way I can log on to the Wi-Fi HotSpots from T-Mobile Netherlands on my iPhone.
