Incorrect billing

AT&T promotes $14.95 for web providers for 12 weeks but CAN'T obtain payment right! I've e mailed them and called them. Each time, I obtain the same 'standard' reaction—it requires 2-3 payment cycles (that will benot, incidentally, mentioned everywhere within their advertisements). This really is absurd—I'm into wrong payment today for 10 weeks. From all looks, THIS ISSUE isn't unusual. I am sick and tired of them-and would not suggest AT&T.
