Non payment for PTC

I have requested payment from this site on 5/10, and they have not paid me yet. I met their requirments, and the site advertises that patment will be processed in 24 hrs. And that was 17 days ago. I have sent three (3) messages to them asking for my payment, they took 20 cents for each message, and still haven't even responded back, but they take the 20 cents every time. I have five (5) other friends that have the same problem with this same site. Please do something!
