Ripoff, processed payment after I told them not to

Pentagroup financial called me about a bill I owed and I set up a payment arraingement, I asked them if at that time the funds weren't available if I could cancel that payment arraingement and make a new one when the funds would be there, they assured me I could as long as I called 3 days in advance.

The payment was set to come out on 12-30-04, I started calling on 12-27-04 leaving numerous messages everyday until the 30th. No one called me back any of those times. I called again on 12-30-04 and someone finally returned my call saying thay never got the messages (ironic they received the message the day the funds were due to come out) and the payment had already benn processed.

They then told me there was nothing they could do. I told them I didn't have the money in there and now I would be charged bank fees and my acct. Showing I wrote a bad ck. They said they've done all they could on their part.
