Beware of buying anything that may need future after-sale support

Requested a battery to get a Lenovo notebook, simply simply because they had a-one year guarantee. Had it die totally at about 11 weeks. Attempted to email them numerous occasions at-all emails from their website in addition to e-mails which were delivered to me about the initial purchase. They've some typos within the e-mails on the website - difficult to believe they'venot thought that out and set them however, but...

Waited months, no answers...

No telephone on the site-so I googled their tackle - 7706 18th ave, Brooklyn, NY, 11214 and discovered a telephone number - (718) 232-2633. Which was responded with a lady, who, properly enough, explained to simply return it using the unique purchase quantity onto it.

Did that, and today they truly are rejecting it saying it isn't the battery I purchased from their website. I just have two batteries - one which included the equipment, the 2nd I purchased like a copy. When I purchase such things as this I place a tag in it that informs me where I purchased so when - just in case it fails throughout the guarantee period. This battery had a label onto it informing me it had been the main one I acquired from Go Go energy, about the purchase time.

Itis possible I had been somehow smoking break or anything after I place that tag on the website but itis fairly improbable. They cannot tell me just how to determine "their" battery so I - can consider the additional one, and undoubtedly even when used to do somehow determine that out I've settled to deliver it for them, Iam confident they'd cost me to deliver it back, therefore itis simply not worth it.

Great pricing, obviously, but watch out for purchasing something that may require potential after-purchase assistance...
