I have grave doubts about this company's credentials

I purchased a notebook battery from okbatt.co.uk after which discovered it might just be properly used having a completely complicated and worrying installment bios disc that was practically unreadable. Nowhere on the webpage made it happen claim there is a proviso with this specific purchase and that I purchased the battery anticipating, while you might, to simply substitute my present battery without any strings. After I attempted to come back the products - they've a return policy for poor acquisitions - their client solutions: data@okbattery.co.uk and purchase@okbattery.co.uk totally dismissed my many demands for return quantity and tackle to come back to, that will be not on the website. They don't provide any phone number both. Whilst the battery I purchased within the alleged British, originated from Singapore, I've serious questions about that firm's qualifications. Drive well clear.
