Ripoff

I've tried numerous times to cancel my aol service and they refuse and keep offering me free months of aol even though I tell them I do not want it. I was billed for over a hundred dollars for the two months of service that I refuse to pay because of them not cancelling my service and I haven't even used that service since I called to cancel.
